    Integrate the collective knowledge and expertise of all members.
    (メンバー各々の学びを集結させる)
     

  4. Learn and research through business operations. (事業を通じた学習・研究)
    Gain new knowledge and experience through the business operations.
    (事業を通じて、新たな学びや経験を得る)
     

  5. Gain appropriate compensation. (適正な報酬を得る)
    Operate the venture as a self-sustaining business, not as a volunteer effort.

Tabizaemon (operated under the name "Tokyo Welbee") is an innovative, community-driven tourism service founded and led by university students since August 2024.

Our core strength lies in our highly engaged, 15-member team, composed of students specializing in diverse fields such as Well-being, International Business, Law, and Design. We view our enterprise not just as a business, but as a platform for creating "Multi-benefit approach", prioritizing team cohesion, professional skill application, and the forging of new community partnerships.

Building upon our successful foundation in personalized B2C services, our strategic focus is now firmly on B2B partnerships, with a clear vision for regional revitalization. We offer our partners cutting-edge planning and implementation capabilities, backed by a strong commitment to sustainable value creation.

 

たび左衛門は、2024年8月に「Tokyo Welbee」の運営名で活動を開始した、大学生主導の革新的な地域連動型観光サービスです。我々の最大の強みは、ウェルビーイング、国際ビジネス、法律、デザインなど多岐にわたる専門知識を持つ大学生15名で構成された高いエンゲージメントを持つチームです。事業を単なる収益源としてではなく、「一石五鳥以上」の価値創造の場と捉え、メンバー間の結束、専門知識のアウトプット、そして地域との新しいネットワーク構築を追求しています。現在は個人顧（BtoC）向けのサービス提供実績を基盤とし、今後は地域創生を視野に入れたBtoB連携を優先事項として推進しており、常に進化する企画力と実行力をもって、パートナー様の課題解決に貢献いたします。
